Hi, I'm a French psychologist with over 15 years' experience in France and abroad. I worked mainly for non profit organizations (community centres, local and international NGOs).

Since January 2024, I offer private consultations, in person (in Bucharest and Marseille) and online.

My working experience gave me the opportunity to provide clinical services to a wide range of clients (adolescents, adults, children) suffering from anxiety, depressive symptoms, trauma, addiction, interpersonal problems in France and Canada and for humanitarian organizations in Middle East and in Romania.

These experiences taught me how to work in a variety of contexts and with different languages. They gave me the opportunity to learn and explore the underlying psychological mechanisms of adaptation.

I also provide clinical supervisions and trainings on demand in French and in English to students, professionals and organizations.

Humanist psychology

The humanist approach is based on a phenomenological perspective of the individual, who is free to make his or her own choices. It's your experience and perceptions that come first.

Psychoanalysis

It enables you to touch what is unconscious, the repetition of certain patterns.

Somatic approach

A step-by-step work on your nervous system, linking your traumatic experiences with the internal physical sensations that emerge in your body.
