Psychological support does not necessarily mean a long period of treatment. However, like learning to dance or drive, it takes a little bit of time and consistency to experience the positive effects of the therapy.

The best way to begin with is to give yourself a chance to meet the right therapist by booking an appointment.

Dealing with emotional upheaval...

You're feeling an inner pain. You think a change is needed but you don't know how to start as you don't get enough support and understanding from your circle.

There may be times in our lives where we feel stuck, having difficulty moving forward after a difficult event (separation, loss of a beloved one, moving, expatriation, new job, etc.).

There may be times where we feel we're going round in circles. Something is repeating again and again ... even if we put some great efforts to stop it.

Very often the request comes from adults

Talk to your parents and book an appointment together.

You don't dare to talk to them? You can find some professionals at school with whom you can talk. They will be able to provide you with some support. They are able to facilitate the communication with your parents, if you want to. They can refer you to Youth consultations near you.
